Returns & Refunds

At DC Toys we make returns simple, fast and transparent — so you can shop worry-free.

Hassle-free returns within 14 days
✔ You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
✔ We can arrange a free pickup from your address (where applicable).
✔ After collection you’ll be contacted by our customer service team confirming your refund status within 24 hours.
✔ Refunds are returned to the original payment method or credited to your DC Toys Wallet if you prefer.
Products we can’t accept back
We prioritise safety, hygiene and fairness. The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
Used or opened items — items must be in original condition & packaging.
Items damaged by misuse or wear — damage not caused by a manufacturing defect is not returnable.
Personalised or customised items — these cannot be returned unless defective.
Products listed as non-returnable on the product page.
Quality issues & defective items
If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us straight away. We may request a photo or other verification and will work to replace, repair or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within a few business days.
The refund timeline to your bank/card depends on your payment provider — we’ll notify you by SMS/email when the refund is initiated.
